On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery time-frame will be shared with you and you can also get in touch with our customer service representatives and request for more information or you can directly contact the courier or transport in a case where your order/s have been shipped already. We can only try to fetch as much information we can from the courier partner for the shipped orders but it is recommended to directly contact the concerned courier only.
